1. My reflections
In this episode I learned whats “Long Weekend” is and I confess that I love it. Mainly when we have a holiday on Friday or Monday and so we have a long weekend with three days off! Long weekends are perfect to relax or to manage to do things that you don’t have time in a usual week, for instance hiking, fishing or just cooking something.
Sometimes long weekend could be reserved for chores, I know, know, but one moment we have to do it. Not everybody can enjoy long weekend, for example the food delivery people or restaurant workers. Unfortunately, who works with services companies must be open because that is a chance to make more money.
I prefer, if possible, relax!
In Brazil who works during the weekends, or holidays receive bonus and higher commissions. Depending on the moment of your life, it worth. Here we have around 10 national holidays and more 7 facultative (optional) holidays. I don’t know how much in other countries, but it seems too much for me.
